Can I manage manual test cases in Confluence without Xray or Zephyr?

Yes, if the tests live on Confluence pages. Test Perspective is a Confluence macro for cases and executions. It is not a Jira test-management plugin and does not replace Xray, Zephyr, or similar Jira apps. Insert the Test Case and Execution macro (/test), add steps, attach images or video, and paste into image cells with Ctrl+V. Copy a page with the dedicated copy command to start the next cycle with cleared results. Space-level column settings, CSV import/export, print, and reports across spaces are available. Data stays in the Confluence instance. Current Cloud is 7.21.0. Ten users are free. The vendor is Test Perspective, Inc., separate from Kenputer. It does not generate tests with AI as a shipped listing feature.

What it can do: /test macro / images or video / page copy for next cycle / space columns, CSV, print, reports / data stays in Confluence.

What it cannot do: not a replacement for Xray/Zephyr / no shipped AI test generation / not an overlay on an external TM database.
