checkout / restore
| Function | Lists page versions, or restores a prior version. restore is an alias for checkout. |
| Options | -y, --yes — required to restore. Listing does not need -y. |
| Limitations | Does not read piped stdin. VERSION must be a positive integer. Restoring the current version is an error. |
With PATH only, lists versions newest first (about 50 at most). Each line is the version number, when it was created, and who created it when available. For a space, lists the space homepage versions (same PATH rules as cat).
With PATH and VERSION, restores that historical version. Confluence Cloud creates a new current version whose content and title match the old one.
Listing output is newline text, so you can pipe it to grep or head.
