alias / unalias
| Function | Defines, lists, or removes command shortcuts. |
| Options | None |
| Limitations | Aliases persist in this browser only. An alias cannot replace a built-in command name. Expansion happens once (no nested aliases). |
alias with no arguments lists name=value lines. alias name=value registers a shortcut. The value is the rest of the line after the first =. Optional quotes around the value are stripped; an unquoted value may contain spaces.
Aliases are stored in this browser (localStorage). When you run an alias name, Shell expands it once and appends extra arguments.
unalias name deletes one alias.
