Test Sheet
Section titled “Test Sheet”-
Definition: One Confluence page that groups multiple test cases.

Access: The Confluence page itself, or from the list view “Test Sheets” tab by page name.
Test Case
Section titled “Test Case”-
Definition: One test macro equals one test case.

Access: The macro on the page, or from the list view “Test Cases” tab by opening the title.
Test Execution
Section titled “Test Execution”-
Definition: Recording results for each test step within a test case.

Input: Set the Result to Pass / Fail / Skip on the macro table; optionally attach evidence images and notes.
Test Step
Section titled “Test Step”- Definition: A single row within a test case representing one action/verification unit.
