Sheet reference

In Calc Macro Pro, refer to cells in another table on the same page using the following notation.

<Sheet number>!<C1><R1>:<C2><R2>

<Sheet number> ← sequential number of the table from the top of the page, which starts from 0

<Cx> ← column string which starts from A

<Rx> ← row number which starts from 1

For example, 0!B2 is cell B2 of the first table on the page, and 1!B2 is cell B2 of the second table. See Examples for a worked example.

Note

Calc Macro Classic does not support sheet references. A Classic formula can refer only to its own table.

Caution

The header is counted differently in each macro

• Calc Macro Pro — the header is part of the coordinate system. The upper-left corner of the table, including the header, is A1.
• Calc Macro Classic — a header row and a header column are excluded from the coordinate system. The first ordinary cell is A1.

For a table with a header row, the same cell is therefore A2 in Pro and A1 in Classic. When you rewrite a Classic formula for Pro, shift each reference by the header rows and columns that Classic skipped.
